Recommended use
Mix 1 portion of the product (28 g or 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml of milk or water. On training days, consume 1 portion immediately 45 minutes after training and 1 portion between two meals. On rest days, consume 1 portion in the morning and 1 portion in the evening.
