Payment methods

We accept the following methods of payment

Bank transfer

You transfer the total amount in advance to our bank account, stating the order number. Your order will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. Please note that the bank processing time is 1 - 2 days. You are also welcome to make a real-time bank transfer. Please note that your bank may charge a fee for this.

PayPal

For this you need a PayPal account. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal during the order process. PayPal offers a secure payment transfer within a few seconds. Subsequent changes or additions to the delivery address (also via the comment field in the order completion) are unfortunately not possible with this payment method.

Credit card

(Master Card, Visa, American Express) You pay as usual by credit card and enter your credit card details directly after completing your order via a secure connection.

Klarna instant bank transfer

With Klarna bank transfer you will be forwarded directly to the payment form after completing your order. You can transfer money here using the access data you use for your online banking. After successful transfer, we will receive a confirmation from Klarna within a few minutes and can ship your order immediately. Please note that the Klarna instant bank transfer must be carried out directly after the order.

Apple Pay

You pay as usual via Apple Pay. Please note that this payment method is only available if you use an Apple device for shopping and this is also activated for Apple Pay.

EPS

EPS (Electronic Payment Standard) is a direct transfer method for our customers from Austria. You transfer here with your access data that you use for your online banking. EPS is only available for customers from Austria.

iDEAL

iDEAL is a secure payment method which is possible from most Dutch bank accounts.

Bancontact

Bancontact payments are only possible for our customers from Belgium with a Belgian bank account.

KBC

Only Belgian customers of the KBC/CBC bank can use this payment method.

Belfius

This payment method is only possible for customers of Belfius Bank.
