Withdrawal Form

You may use this form to withdraw from the contract. However, it is also sufficient to fill out the return form included in the package and enclose it with your return shipment. For exchanges, we ask that you use only the return form included in the package.

How it works:

  1. Fill out at least the fields marked as mandatory completely.
  2. Click on "Confirm cancellation" to submit your cancellation directly to us.
  3. Important: We will promptly confirm receipt of your cancellation via email in accordance with the current consumer protection guidelines of 2026. This confirmation serves as proof for you.
