Shipping conditions

We deliver to the following countries and regions: Germany, Europe, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Australia, Bahamas, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, French Guiana, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Maldives, Mexico, New Zealand, Oman, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Réunion, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Venezuela, United Arab Emirates, United States.

Shipping for Germany

From an order value of 30€ we deliver free of charge. If the order value is less, we charge a flat rate of 3,95€ incl. VAT per order. In addition, all items marked with "GRATIS VERSAND IN DE" are shipped free of charge within Germany. Shipping is always done with Deutsche Post / DHL. Of course we also ship to packing stations and post offices. Please enter your postal number and the number of the packing station or post office branch as the delivery address. In exceptional cases (e.g. in the event of strikes or technical faults on the part of the transport service provider) we reserve the right to choose a different transport company in order to still achieve a speedy delivery.

Shipping outside Germany

For orders over 200€, shipping is free. If the order value is less than that, we charge shipping costs of 6.95€ including VAT per order to other EU countries and 9.95€ including VAT per order to non-EU countries. In principle, we ship with Deutsche Post / DHL. In countries where experience has shown that delivery by DHL takes a long time and in exceptional cases (e.g. in the event of strikes or technical faults on the part of the transport service provider), we reserve the right to choose a different transport company in order to still achieve a speedy delivery.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-3 days in Germany, within 3-7 days for deliveries abroad within the EU and within 5-30 days outside the EU after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
